Our group can fabricate anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) with cost-effective and high-throughput process. This AAO has hole configuration with long-range ordering and high aspect ratio and high pore densities more than 1010 cm-2. Thus, it has no limitation of the size or the shape of sample and has excellent mechanical properties.
In our group, zinc oxide nanowires (ZnO NWs) can be easily fabricated in various shapes via CVD or wet chemistry. Zno NWs has high electron mobility and mechanical property, so it can be utilized as piezoelectric and semiconducting coupled material. Moreover, it has good transparency and biocompatibility which can be applied to various applications.
Our group can fabricate various polymer micro/nanostructures such as PTFE, PDMS, and polyethylene oxide micro/nanostructures. These materials have stable mechanical property and good biocompatibility, so it can be applied for medical treatment such as drug delivery system.
